Throwback Joint of the Day: So(ul) Vacant

I used to rap for the hell of it a lot. In what we now call the good ol’ days, me and my boy John Lass used to just spend hours a day speaking our eternal truth on tracks (aka talking deep shit like that). Today I called him to see what was good and as always he had big plans in motion to quietly take over the Hip Hop game…but he also reminded me of the existence of this track.

It’s the greatest track we never finished. So(ul) Vacant (begins) to tell the story of a couple who has all but become unrecognizable to each other. Its was a lost gem that had been lost in our nostalgia for those ol days, Until now…

Peep it, should we finish?

Step into the Light.
