Lovely Thoughts

I don’t care for the phrase “in love” because it suggests that love is a place. Places can be vacated.

I also don’t particularly like saying I “have love” for someone or something. That equates love to a possession. Possessions can be returned, lost, stolen, and abandoned.

I’d like to think love is more permanent then the phrases we subject it to.
