Puppy Love

Yes, i realize a lion is more like a cat but just rock with me.

A year ago I had to put down my dog, marley and me moment.

I got him when I was four,

Duke Ellington Bunsai Calhoun

Duke was the name the breeder had given him because he was born in North Carolina. Ellington was added to it because he was black and white like a piano key (a brilliant suggestion from my mother). Bunsai, my older brother (who was 6 at the time) said it sounded like a ninja master’s name. And Calhoun, because he was part of the family now.

One day we’ll reunite EL, all dogs and b*tches go to heaven.
